I ended up with two houses to sell, my own, plus that of an estate I was administering. Bob was exemplary in providing me guidance on how to prepare my property to make it the most desirable possible within my budget. He gave me information with the rationale for his recommendations, and always respected my decisions. We used a process called "Snapdoor", which lets the seller and potential buyers see existing offers on the home. Snap door puts everyone on equal footing, knowing the amount of interest in the property and the amount that each potential buyer is offering. I'm so grateful we used this process and have already recommended it to friends considering selling.
