  2. Determine needed repairs and renovations, go-to-market pricing, and launch date.
  3. Prepare home for sale by renovating, painting, de-cluttering, and staging. 
  4. Take photos, floor plans, videos, and 3D tour. 
  5. Go live, host open houses, and show home to buyers.
  6. Review offers and ratify sales contract.
  7. Manage and negotiate inspection and financing contingencies.
  8. Pack, move and close or go to settlement as planned.
